Our professional team
Our Trustee Board, Members, Partners and Volunteers are comprised of an incredible group of intellectuals, philanthropic, passionate, seasoned individuals with deep and sincere investments in the Foundation’s mission and objectives for youth educational empowerment and social justice in Bane Community and Nigeria at large. Providing administrative oversight to ensure financial and strategic efficiencies on all the foundation’s efforts and operations. They are deeply committed to humanitarian and philanthropic empowerment and development that will create opportunities for the youths of Bane Community.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Masters in Business Administration (Specialization in Banking & Finance) from the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, University of Calabar and Imo State University, respectively.
He has over 37 years working experience in the public & private sectors. Currently, in Private Practice (Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial and Management Consulting). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria & Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Sir Eddy B. Kaka PhD is currently the District Manager with the Chicago Department of Family & Support Services, in the State of Illinois, USA. A former Project Administrator & Program Director with the government of the City of Chicago. He holds a BA in International Relations and an MS in Public Service Management from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. He is an erudite Community leader and a Commander of the Order of the Knight of Saint Christopher—CKSC of the Anglican Communion.
He is a Partner and Public Policy Consultant with Ed & Ed Global Services. A fellow with the Institute for Polarities of Democracy and an environmental rights advocate. He is an adept innovative problem solver, communicator, results driven project and program management professional with first-rate skills in directing complex, integrated programs and initiatives. He is particularly an icon in project planning, analysis/evaluation and policy development in both public sector and non-profit organizations.
Blessing L. Minah is a legal practitioner with 9years experience in legal Drafting, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree from the then Rivers State University of Science and Technology, (RSUST) Port Harcourt and BL from the Nigerian Law School, Bayelsa. She is an associate partner at Uzoma O. Benjamin & Co., and a formal Executive Legal Adviser to the Executive Chairman of Khana Local Government Area. She is a social activist for community base and youth development to shun violence and enhance coexistence in the society. She is also an advocate for the protection of the rights of women and children under the Umbrella of International Federation of Female Lawyers (FIDA), Rivers State.
A season administrator with over 25years of multi-faceted experience in Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the National Open University of Nigeria. A Certified Human Resources Professional as well as Chartered Project Manager.
He has worked with leading corporations in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Nwibor believes in the opportunity to bring change to humanity.
Princess B Dambani is the CEO of Cyntiba Nigeria Limited. She is a devoted Christian, an enthusiastic hardworking individual, an Educationists, a Politician, a Businesswoman and a Strategist. She is Principled and also Lovable. She holds a Bachelor of science degree in Educational Foundation from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. She is presently the leader of Women in Governance and Grassroots Women Politicians in River State. She campaigns and advocate for the problems confronting women and equipped them with the basic knowledge of their situation and encouraging them to address the issues non violently themselves. Princess B Dambani believe that simplicity is the key to happiness.
Uedum bainu Yorkuri, Esq., holds an LLB in Law from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, and a BL from the Nigerian Law school, Abuja. A legal icon in law of litigation, Arbitration and Mediation, Property Consultancy and Corporate Compliance.
He has a Certificate in “Legal Skills and Mentoring” and other skills that cuts across different genres, such as, poetry, crime fictions, and essays. He has won the George Turner’s Essay Writing Competition for Young Lawyers in Bayelsa State and an author of three award-winning poems, entitled “Ogoniland” “21st Century Man” and “A World Without Care” published by the ‘Better-Than-Starbucks International Anthology’, United State of America.
He’s both a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the African Bar Association.
